TouchWallFeed-03-IG User Data Deletion

The Instagram application named TouchWallFeed-03-IG queries information from Instagram in real time. Information queried by this application is not stored in any way by the TouchWall system or by TouchPros. The TouchWall system does store an access token for your Instagram account. This access token has a lifetime of approximately 60 days. This access token is refreshed approximately every 30 - 45 days.

If you wish to delete the saved access token from the TouchWall database, you need to remove the Instagram application named TouchWalllFeed-03-IG from your TouchWall account. To remove TouchWallFeed-03-IG from your TouchWall account, login to the TouchWall website administration area that you use to administer your TouchWall. Then in the left navigation column click on Social Networking. Then click on Setup Instagram and the SetupInstagram.aspx page will load. On the SetupInstagram.aspx page you will have two buttons. The first button is Reset TouchWallFeed-03-IG Application, and the second button is Remove the TouchWallFeed-03-IG Application from my Instagram account. Click the Remove the TouchWallFeed-03-IG Application from my Instagram account button. The Instagram application token that is saved will be removed immediately from the TouchWall database and then you will be redirected to an Instagram page where you can remove the TouchWallFeed-03-IG application from your Instagram account. After you remove TouchWallFeed-03-IG application from your Instagram account your Instagram account will not be associated with the TouchWallFeed-03-IG application anymore. The access token that was previously saved by the TouchWall website is now invalid. Your TouchWall website will not be able to display your Instagram feed anymore. Note, the Instagram access token will still be on database backup files for two days after you remove the TouchWallFeed-03-IG application.
