Arthur County Schools has implemented a kiosk to preserve the history of the school. After looking at a lot of different options and companies to implement the project, TouchPros was selected as the vendor of choice. After a year of fund raising and digging through the archives for photos dating back to the early 1900s the project is showing signs of progress. TouchPros has been outstanding to work with and the kiosk has great reviews from our district alumni. There is a link on our district Facebook page and website. This is a time-consuming process but worth the end result. I would not hesitate to recommend TouchPros for your vendor of choice.

The new TouchWall for all things Moorhead Schools – History, Activities, Athletics – is amazing! I forwarded the link to my mother and my uncle who both left the area after high school – as well as to several of our employees who are from Moorhead. My mom said she opened it up and didn’t move for 2 hours! They have all sent it to classmates and it has been such a huge hit. I am not a Moorhead graduate, but my children are and I am thrilled they will hopefully have this website to stay connected to the “Spud Experience” forever! For years, the Commons area of Bureau Valley High School has proudly displayed its rich tradition with plaques, posters, and other displays. As we paint and upgrade our facilities, we searched for a way to digitally share the same historic pride, and TouchPros was just the company and tools to meet our needs. The TouchWalls have given us an opportunity to celebrate the accomplishments of our student-athletes in a quick, easy, professional way. We were running out of space for our award winners, but the TouchWall system allows us to add as many pictures as we want going back over 100 years. I love the TouchWall System because it is easy to use and you can instantly make changes and updates as you see fit. This is a great way to celebrate the achievements past and current students!

We are extremely pleased with our TouchPro for a number of reasons. First and foremost it has allowed us to condense several years of athletic award winners into one manageable space. The TouchWall unit has been an awesome upgrade to our gym, and a great opportunity for our fans to interact and reminisce about their days at LaRue County High School. I have received numerous compliments already. We have only had the unit for a few months so it is a continuous work in progress, but the potential it has is unbelievable. Glenbard East’s experience with TouchPros is exceptional! When I was hired here, I remember getting calls from families and alumni all over the country regarding getting a copy of their photo which was sealed in cases within our athletic wall-of-fame. I began to wonder if there was a way we could go digital. After talking to a few athletic director colleagues, they immediately pointed me to TouchPros. The TouchPros team is very efficient in helping, whether it is setup, technical issues, or ideas of how to showcase school and extracurricular programs. The history and legacy of Glenbard East is preserved and will continue to grow, and will be easily accessible via TouchPros no matter where we are on the globe.

Working with TouchPros has been a pleasure. Our Legacy Kiosk was a joint project of Falls Church City Public Schools and several community groups including Falls Church Education Foundation, Athletic Boosters, Band Boosters, and the Alumni Association. The inspiration to develop the kiosk was the need to memorialize the history of our original high school (circa 1952), that will be replaced with a new school, after 68 years of service. We wanted to create both an archive commemorating the old building and a living history site, honoring the people who built our public high school, and those will make it a centerpiece of our City in the future.

Because many stakeholder groups were involved, the team at TouchPros spent hours working with us to refine our vision, helping us turn a collection of ideas into a cohesive website that tells the story of our school.

Several things that are unique to our project are:

1. A new high school name. Midway through the project the School Board began to consider changing the name of the school. This meant that we had to be creative in developing a project that would memorialize the old school while moving into an as-yet-unnamed new school. This is of high interest in the community, and TouchPros worked with us to sensitively handle this unique situation.

2. Assistive technology. Our school division is committed to ensuring that technology is accessible to all people through assistive technology. The TouchPros team was a true partner in adding accessibility features to the kiosk so that vision-impaired users can access the information.

The team at TouchPros made this sprawling project easy to accomplish, by breaking it down into manageable pieces. The training that they provided to our team made the back-end software easy to understand. Ease of use of the software also made it possible to further train a large team who have been involved in updating the many elements of the Legacy Kiosk. Every question we had was answered promptly, with a problem-solving ethos, to help us get to workable solution.

Finally, the product that TouchPros delivered is truly beautiful. It is a high-quality digital touchscreen, that shows our history in a beautiful light. Our large team, who built it on the website, were truly awed by the final product. It’s been a joy to see how visitors to the building interact with the Legacy Kiosk.

With wall space at a premium and working in a digital age, it was a natural fit to connect with TouchPros and install multiple TouchWalls. The staff at TouchPros asked the questions that enabled us to re-imagine how we recognize our students and alumni. Now we have a dedicated space to celebrate our students and our hall of fame. We installed 3 TouchWalls creating dedicated wall space that we can emphasize. No longer are pictures spread throughout the school with alumni having to scour the campus to find their team. With a finger tap, the TouchWall enables Hinsdale Central Red Devils to connect while on campus, through social media and our web site.

A TouchWall is a different, innovative take on celebrating, archiving and presenting our students, athletes, alumni, honorable community members and distinguished staff.

For years we at Northwest were talking about creating a Hall of Fame. Our challenge was the limited space that we had available in our gym lobby. Enter TouchWall and their TouchPros system. We witnessed their representative’s demonstration and were sold on the fact that this definitely fit our needs. We worked very closely with the company to design our project and are quite satisfied with the results! Their staff was a joy to work with — very understanding, knowledgeable, and professional in their approach to the project.
